A little bit about Janel: 

Janel is a 4th generation Angelino who currently resides in the beautiful city of Monrovia, CA,  with the love of her life and his son. She comes from a family of Mortgage and Real Estate background and has been serving Southern California over the past 24 years through the Mortgage Banking industry. Janel started investing in Real Estate in 2001 and  is currently a landlord to over eight properties in California  and is heavily involved in Tenant and Landlord protections. Janel is a creative Real Estate agent who can help anyone, young or old on their journey through home ownership. She has a superpower when it comes to negotiating on behalf of her clients best interest and designing step-by-step systems that work with her clients lifestyle, budget, short and long term goals.
